This is a song that arrived from an idea expressed in a workshop about understanding our emotions. The facilitator made a comment that we might have a healthier society if we all had a screaming booth installed in our homes and offices! That stuck in my mind and I often thought, I should write a song about a screaming booth. Well, here you are!

This song starts out with a unique audio drama about setting up the SB3000 Screaming Booth that goes right into the beginning of the song.
