Exploration of Time

This song is a wild and true labor of love. This is the 4th installment to my Keller Hall Eclipse project where I am rewriting a collection of songs that I wrote many, many years ago. This then is the poster child for this project as it explores time itself. The original song felt to me like a Hallmark card being overly sentimental and focused on being validated by friends. But there was also a kernel of philosophical exploration of what happens to us over time. The theme of time became a full blown exploration and I was pleased to keep a lot of the melody and even return to themes of loneliness as they relate to time.

History avoided

Time is a conclusion

Time causes confusion
moving forward the time is now
